Feb 8
Feb 2nd meeting came to order at 2pm, 19 people in attendance. Pledge of allegiance said a prayer by Santa.
“Big B” read the Secretary’s report: A motion to donate to the MRF was purposed and accepted. Lily has stepped down, a thank you to Jeremy Langworthly for stepping up and as road captain as well.
“Critter” read the Awareness report: 13 students taught in January. Awareness signs for $5 to members only. We are checking in to Bus wraps with the awareness messages on them as a prospective investment.
Lisa read Marte’s L.O. report: The big news that needs to be passed along to all motorcycle enthusiasts is that It has been proposed by the Motorcycle Safety Advisory Board to provide a list of items to justify pulling over motorcyclists to check for endorsement so please keep emailing, calling and snail mailing your politicians let them know that this is no ok. HB 4265 allowing motorcyclists to proceed through camera operated red lights after a cycle of 90 seconds should start to move in Feb, HB 4630/32 an increase of license plate fees is on hold, HB 4781 "TIP" Temporary Instructional Permits limiting it to 2 is still hung up in the House Transportation Committee
R.C. report wanted to thank all that came up to and helped at seminar. Stephen motioned that all 50/50 ticket monies go to pack fund and Vinnie 2nd. Thank you to John”Santa” and Ellen “Mrs. Clause” Langworthly for stepping up to take over product.  The next B4B meeting is Feb 11. For meeting place, date and times call Bryan “Big B” Finks.
Cares and Concerns: February birthdays, Leah West 4, Vinnie Smeze 12, Jayson Berger 15, Kay Clark 21 and Mac McCracken 24. Please say prayers for Dirty Dan as he recovers at home and RIP to his truck! and prayers for Aileen as she is also in recovery from a car accident. Break a leg to Lumpy in his play “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”. “Snap” conveyed a message from The Axemen, thank you to Boo Boo and Rebecca Towns for your donation to the Axemen Fun Run last year and to ABATE Region 20 for all the support.
