Abate Region 20 September Newsletter

Where did the summer go? The fall will be beautiful and still lots of riding to come, so get out there and ride!

Welcome to Cher Anop as a new member to Region 20!  Thanks for giving a s**t!

Secretary and Treasurer Reports were read and accepted.

Membership is still having a referral program. Let’s see how many new members you can get.

Awareness by Kritter:  92 students in August.  This makes a fantastic total of 728 students for the year so far!

RC by General:  Remember to get your reservations early for seminar.  We are still talking about options for Binkin for Burns.

Cares and Concerns by Carrie:  Thoughts and Prayers to all 911 Victims and Survivors.  James Goodrich & Family. Bubbles. Carrie.

Birthdays: Georgia Wilson; Charlie Short; Larry Flood; Margaret Covert; Amy Frantz.

Anniversaries:  Dale & Patti Covert; Zip & Marte Behrendt; TC & Shannon Conklin.

Congrats to Margaret & Ross – Wedding bells on October 15!!  Carrie & Larry on new Grandson Milo.

Webmaster Carrie:  Facebook has 524 likes and looking at new goal of 600.

Fall Color Tour is October 15. Not sure where the landing place is yet, so keep your eyes tuned in to Facebook and the Website for location and times. Will need volunteers for grill duty and food setup.

Larry & Carrie have extended an invitation for a ride and gathering at their home on October 22.  Again, look for further information on Facebook and the Website.

Halloween party is scheduled for October 29.   Further information to be posted. This gives you lots of time to decide what “thing” you wish to be!!

Region 20 brought in almost $1,000 for the State Bike Raffle. Great job everyone!

October’s meeting will be a combined meeting at Sharky’s in Burton on Monday, October 3 at 7pm.
