Dec meeting;

The Christmas party December 1st went great and was a lot of fun. Thank you to all that came out and thank you to all that helped out. And a special thanks to Santa and Mrs. Claus, you were both amazing. The children all seemed to enjoy the story (I know I did) and presents.
Region 20's December 8th meeting,  was called to order at 1400 by our new RC Bryan “Big B” Finks.  The Pledge of allegiance said and a prayer by Boo Boo.
November’s meeting minutes were read and accepted.
Deb read the Treasures report and all Fire Departments have now received their money from us for our “Biking for Burns” fundraiser.
Our Awareness office Mike taught 104 students this month putting our total up to 1599. We still need someone to step up to take Mike’s place in the Awareness Program as well as others to help out.
LO report was read and accepted, please keep calling all of your representatives.  If we want to keep our freedom we have to let them know that we haven’t gone away!
Cares and concerns this month: Please say a prayer for Laura and her family as they have lost family members in a fire. Happy birthday Bubbles on the 11th and Kritter on the 28th.
Membership: Becca said we had a few new members sign up at last month’s meeting.
Vinnie has decided to step down from Road Captain, and Kathy has stepped down from Media & Events Coordinator. If anyone is interested in one of these positions please get ahold of Bryan.
This month we voted in a change of meeting schedule. We will now have only one meeting a month.
January’s meeting will be at the VFW on South Saginaw on the first Monday of the month and Februarys meeting will be at the Hickory lounge on Corunna Ave the first Sunday of the month. The location will then alternate back and forth per month.
Region 20’s Member of the Year is Mike “Kritter” Poage.  Thank you Mike, for all of your hard work, time, and efforts. Without you our Regions Awareness program would not be where it is today.

Secretary, Lisa Vail
