Abate Region 20 December Newsletter

Facebook for Region 20 did not receive any new likes this month. We are sitting at 531 likes.  Let’s all help move this number closer to the 600 goal.   

Awareness by Kritter:  At end of October there was 827 students taught.  November did 170 students.  As of December 5, 2016 we are up to 997 and that goal of 1,000 is only 3 away.  We have already had one class done in December with 3 more to go.  We are setting the goal to 1,100 students for 2017.

Seminar is coming up FAST, hopefully you made your room reservations or marked it off on your calendars to come up and take the classes that Saturday. Remember, there is no charge for any of these classes. 

Margaret is in the process of finishing up a quilt for auction at Seminar.  There will be some 2016 B4B T-shirts in it. 

Seminar is only 1 of 2 times to get to mingle with other ABATE people; the other is field meet-June 9.  Hope to see you at one or the other or maybe you can make both!

Our Shiawassee meeting will be on Sunday, Jan. 8 at The Hickory Lounge, Owosso at 2pm.   Our Genesee meeting will be the 2nd Monday (Jan. 9) at Sharky’s in Burton at 7pm.
